End User Licence Agreement
Invyra uses Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement for applications distributed through the Apple App Store.
Controlling agreement. The complete and controlling EULA is Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This page is a clear notice and convenient route to that agreement; it does not replace or modify Apple's Standard EULA.
1. Licence and permitted use
The Invyra app is licensed, not sold. Subject to Apple's Standard EULA and the applicable App Store usage rules, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use Invyra on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, extract, resell or commercially exploit the app, its software, proprietary models, scores, research output or licensed content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Invyra may offer an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The subscription name, duration and price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
The subscription renews automatically at the price shown by Apple unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account Subscriptions. Billing and eligible refund requests are administered by Apple and remain subject to Apple's policies and applicable consumer law.
3. Educational research only
Invyra provides model-driven investment research, valuations, quality indicators, market context and educational tools. It does not provide personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of market information or model output.
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You remain solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.
