App or data not loading
Refresh the screen, check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. If one ticker fails repeatedly, send us the ticker and the screen name.
Search or watchlist issues
Search currently supports U.S.-listed stocks. Watchlist items are saved locally on your device. If they disappear, tell us your device and app version.
Subscription or access
If paid access is purchased through Apple, billing and refunds are handled by Apple. We can help troubleshoot feature access after purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Invyra financial advice?
No. Invyra is an educational research app. It is not a broker, financial adviser or investment adviser. It does not provide personalized financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Why is a ticker missing or not loading?
Invyra currently focuses on U.S.-listed stocks. Some newer, thinly traded or fund-like tickers may have limited data. If a stock should be covered, send us the ticker and we will inspect the data path.
Where is my watchlist saved?
In the iPhone and iPad app, your watchlist is saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear device data, the local watchlist may be removed.
Why do IV, IIQ, Prism or levels change?
Invyra research can change as prices, fundamentals, financial statements, volatility, support and resistance levels, and model inputs refresh. If something looks wrong, send us the ticker and the date shown in the app.
How do I manage App Store billing?
If Invyra subscriptions are enabled through Apple, you can manage or cancel them in Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where can I read the Privacy Policy?
You can read it here: Invyra Privacy Policy. It explains app storage, research requests, analytics, support data and subscription handling.
